You can use Minddistrict through your internet browser, but also as an app. This can be useful if, for example, you are on the train and want to do a quick exercise. Or if you want to keep a daily diary/tracker. This way you can work on your recovery, behavior or health at any time. Also watch the video below about working with modules in the app.
